- Unless otherwise specified, class duration is 55 minutes.

- Privates, Group Reformer, and Duets require a 24-hour cancellation notice.

- Group Reformer classes are limited to 5 students per session.

- Payment for all classes must  be received prior to participation. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Series of 5 classes expire in 30 days from time of purchase

- Series of 10 classes expire in 60 days from time of purchase

- We suggest form fitting comfortable clothing to work out in. This is important to check proper form and alignment.

Therapeutic Deep Tissue
A massage designed to relieve tense and aching muscles, using deep kneading strokes along with stretching.

Muscle Toning Facial Massage and Honey Lift
