Leslie has been teaching group fitness for  over 18 years and was a personal trainer prior to  becoming a Pilates instructor.  Her Pilates training includes the Physical Mind Institute, Powerhouse Pilates, and she is currently a student of the Ron Fletcher Program of Study. 
Leslie has also been trained on IFPA, BOSU Integrated Balance Training, and in the near future, she will be certified by the EFI Sports Medicine group incorporating the Gravity and Personal Training Strength Series.
