Personal Training with Mike and Izabela

Personal Training is on a one to one or couple basis where we work with you to achieve your specific goals. We offer you a Fitness Assessment first to establish a base to work from. Then we look at your exercise regime, eating patterns, stress levels and sleep patterns. We put a program together to suit your individual needs. We then see you on a once or twice weekly basis to work through the program and keep you motivated throughout.

 

Each session lasts between 45mins and 1hour 15mins. You make your appointments at times that suit you. We offer different Personal Training packages from one session to six months training.

Our gym is a PT specific  gym. 1 person.  1 Trainer , 1 gym. No outside interference.
